Returns & Exchanges

At Noted Aromas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't quite match your expectations, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume bottle back into its original protective packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
